The choice to control the entire supply chain in-house is not just a strategy, but a real philosophy. We want to be competitive in the market, but without ever compromising our quality standards. Thanks to our well-established partnership with farms, we are able to offer safe and sustainable farming practices.
Our passion for agriculture translates into a constant search for the best plant varieties. We work closely with our agronomist to test and select only the tastiest and most nutritious varieties. This focus on quality is not just a commitment, but a promise: to bring vegetables that tell the story of our land to your table.
The produce delivered by our Members arrives at our facilities in Arcole (Verona), where it is processed, preserved and packaged according to the highest standards required by EU regulations. Each stage is designed to ensure that the vegetables keep their nutritional properties and authentic flavor intact. The farms we work with are all certified to GLOBAL GAP and GRASP standards, ensuring that good agricultural practices are always respected.
